- In order to make this viable, they need to do away with the current gas tax. Adding this to the existing gas tax is just abuse. At .0025 per mile, a 40 mile commute is $0.10. That is actually below the federal gas tax level on a gallon of gas.

- If your state has an inspection sticker system, the odometer reading is recorded at that point. There is no need for GPS.
Parents press states for autism insurance laws

- Insurance is mass socialism. The rates we pay are an aggregate of what the insurance companies have to pay out for following the trends. While I agree that it is sad that kids have autism, these parents are asking 'everyone' to shoulder their financial burden.
